![]() We all want to feel as though we can make a plan and stick with it, that we are able to make the most of the time given us here on Earth. The university’s study, of course, is about more than simply keeping a resolution. Even when we know it’s silly, there’s a sense of failure attached to missing a goal. ![]() When the University of Scranton studied whether people were able to achieve their New Year’s resolutions, they found that 92 percent of people fell short. We’re busy doing things we “think” we should do, and we’re busy doing things that actually need to be done. There’s no denying that we humans are busy, busy creatures.
